Where luxury meets culture. Our Black woman–owned nail salon is dedicated to artistry, community, and self-care. We believe nails are a form of expression and our space is designed to uplift, inspire, and connect. Come for the nails, stay for the culture. We do ask that all clients are kind to our wonderful techs! We do not issue refunds. We encourage our clients to work collaboratively with their tech and allow them to fix any issues with the art. Issues must be resolved within 72 hours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fresh Sets Harlem charges a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposits are no refundable. Late Fee: Fresh Sets Harlem allows a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes a $20 service fee will be added to the appointment. Please note, all services are subject to change if late: design inspo may have to be simplified for the sake of time. We value our clients time and try our best to prevent wait times with future clients. Please note there are no refunds for any service, 72 hours is given to address any touche ups.
